Herbal Tea for Stone Issues: The "Three Golds" Formula

Composed of money grass, sea sand, and chicken liver gold, these herbs are known for their medicinal properties.   This herbal blend brings together three legendary ingredients of Traditional Chinese Medicine — Chicken Inner Gold (Ji Nei Jin), Sea Gold Sand (Hai Jin Sha), and Moneywort / Gold Coin Grass (Jin Qian Cao) — long known as the classic "Three Golds" combination, specifically formulated to support the body in managing kidney stones, gallstones, and related urinary and biliary discomfort.   - Moneywort (Jin Qian Cao) — The primary herb in this formula. The puma—also known as cougar, mountain lion, or panther—is one of the most impressive and adaptable wild cats across the Americas, ranging from Canada to the southern tip of South America. It stands as a solitary, elusive apex predator with a striking set of physical and behavioral traits that make it one of nature’s most efficient hunters.

Key Characteristics and Strengths
Physically, the puma is built for power and agility. It has a sleek, muscular, tawny-colored body with short fur that provides excellent camouflage in forests, mountains, grasslands, and deserts. It can reach speeds up to 80 km/h in short bursts and possesses incredible leaping ability—able to bound 12 meters horizontally and jump 4.5 meters vertically, thanks to longer, stronger hind legs. Its keen eyesight, especially at night, sharp hearing, and powerful sense of smell make it a formidable nocturnal hunter. It preys mainly on deer, elk, and smaller animals, silently stalking before delivering a precise fatal bite. Pumas are highly adaptable, thriving in diverse habitats, and maintain large territories—males up to 1,000 square kilometers—ensuring ample food and space.

Weaknesses and Vulnerabilities
For all its power, the puma has significant weaknesses. It is a solitary animal with no pack support; any injury, illness, or old age drastically reduces its ability to hunt and survive. It relies heavily on large prey; when deer populations decline due to habitat loss or disease, pumas face starvation. They naturally avoid humans and are easily displaced by human development—habitat fragmentation splits their ranges, isolates populations, and causes inbreeding. Their low reproductive rate—females produce only 2–3 cubs every two years—slows population recovery. Many cubs die before adulthood from hunger, predators, or accidents. Human threats like habitat destruction, vehicle collisions, poaching, and retaliatory killings over livestock remain their greatest weakness, leaving this mighty predator surprisingly fragile in a changing world.
